I’m obsessed with good food

I believe in big bright colorful flavorful food. I’m passionate about serving food that makes you feel warm, safe, and nourished.

As someone with celiac, I’m so familiar with the confusing feelings people with allergies often feel around food. All too often we’re scared that foods at restaurants is safe and rarely are we able to share the same foods with the people dining with us. Food restrictions can feel isolating and take a lot of the joy out of something so core to our being.

That’s why I’m so passionate about cooking delicious, fulfilling, glorious and yes, allergy friendly, meals that you can share with your loved ones. Imagine a table where you not only are able to eat everything, but its high quality and delicious. That’s what I bring to the table.

I cook pescatarian, veggie forward meals and I always bring dessert.
